간단하게 설명하면 skip connection에 원본 데이터를 합칠때, 푸리에 트렌스폼을 사용하는 것과 같다.
이유는 푸리에 변환이 원래 통신 노이즈 쪽에서 사용되었기 때문에 원본 데이터에 노이즈가 있다고 가정하여 이를 바탕으로 적용한 것이다.
살짝 변환된 아이디어로 좋은 아이디어
하지만 실제 의도와 다르게 풀어질 수 있기 때문에 필수적으로 사용해야되는지는 의문
